Andrianus Santoso

Born in Jakarta 1985 in a musical family, Andrii started his very first music lesson by the age of 4 at Sekolah Musik Yayasan Pendidikan Musik (SM YPM) by taking Piano Major and graduated from Grade 6 at 1998 with Judicium B and prizes for outstanding performance.

 

Andrii started to learn violin privately with Pdt. Ferdinand Suleeman, then moved to SM YPM under Nursjiwan Lesmana and Inge Karjadi before finally graduated from grade 6 with Highest Distinction in 2005, awards and prizes. After graduating from YPM, he continued his violin lesson with Maestro Adidharma Wijaya.

 

Been teaching for more than 15 years in some Music School, after-school program in IPEKA Bilingual School Greenville, Percik Cikini, Tunas Muda School Meruya, JIS (Jakarta Intercultural School) Academy Pondok Indah and Pattimura, Springfield School Meruya, Bina Tunas Bangsa Pluit, and Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Village, giving violin tutorial in some churches, and teaching violin private lessons. Most of Andrii’s students recieved Distinction on ABRSM Violin examinations for years, and even some got Highest Score.

 

Beside teaching, Andrii participated in some masterclasses and workshops held in Jakarta, invited as examiner in some music lesson examination, judge in festivals, actively performing with personally and with WaltZio team on Weddings and Events in Jakarta, some churches and Perkantas program RPK FM, making music arrangements and been Music Director in some performances and leading Waltzio Edutainment.

Andrii has graduated from Universitas Negri Jakarta at 2010 with GPA 3.29, and hold Akta IV Certification, and also passed Suzuki Training Book I examination.
